2026 Tariff Turbulence: What Importers Need to Know Following the End of IEEPA
|The U.S. tariff landscape has shifted dramatically following the Supreme Court’s February 2026 ruling that brought the IEEPA tariffs to an immediate end. While IEEPA tariff collection ceased on February 24th, major questions remain around refund eligibility, timing, and the processes CBP or the courts may require.
